IP Case Law Conference, EUIPO
7 and 8 May 2018, the second IP Case Law conference was held at EUIPO, Alicante, Spain. This conference is the main annual event for European professionals in the field of intellectual property, presenting and discussing recent EU case law in this area. At this conference, Andrej Matijević presented the work of Boards of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights of the Republic of Croatia. In the same conference slot the Administrative Tribunal of NATO, USPTO, EUIPO presented appeal procedure before these bodies, while the panel was led by Ian S. Forrester, Judge of the European Court of Justice.
