The intellectual property section works with corporate attorneys within the firm during due diligence procedures to complete evaluations of intellectual property and transfers.

We have performed due diligence procedures in the merger and acquisition of a handful of domestic companies, including regional manufacturers, and financial institutions. Finally, our burgeoning real estate practice includes creation of corporate holding companies and real estate due diligence reporting.
